Naveen has got two decades of Staffing industry experience. He holds Bachelors of Engineering degree from JNTU and MBA degree from ICFAI university.
Experience & Activities
He was associated with leading consulting and corporate majors like TMI- Network, Spandana Sphoorthy, IDC Technologies, and Macher Consultants at senior management capacity providing staffing solutions to the customers driving through well designed and articulated recruitment strategies.
He also successfully ventured into IT hiring solutions company serving the manpower requirements of domestic / overseas clients.
At Arjava, his role is driving the top and bottom line of NON-IT hiring business through internal consultants and our associate business partners.
